Vicarious Traveler

In October, 2020, Harisen Daiko will be joining the St. Paul/Nagasaki Sister City Delegation in traveling to Nagasaki, Japan to participate in the Kunchi Festival.   During our trip, we will be visiting Nagasaki’s Keiho High School and performing with their taiko group.

Since many Harisen Daiko members are educators, we will be sharing our journey through videos, photos, and blog entries.  We will also provide leveled lesson plans aimed at early elementary, middle school, and secondary students, as well as adult learners.
